It can be used safely for heating/cooking, filtration, medicinal uses, source of energy for steam engines, energy for blacksmith forges, inputs in agriculture, removing toxins from the environment, homes for microbes, making your Composting Toilet smell better, adding carbon to soils, it really has many uses it is currently being looked at as a tool to help mitigate climate change, for carbon sequestration. Biochar looks set also to be a big winner in the carbon credit schemes and taxes various countries are scrambling to adopt.
